Detailed plan scope

What each plan includes.

For the four fixed plans, higher tiers include lower-tier services, while the page, optimization, link, and PR quantities shown for that tier replace—not add to—the lower-tier quantities. Enterprise is quoted independently; its proposal defines the included work, capacity, cadence, and team.

Deliverable definitions

What the monthly quantities mean.

These definitions keep the plans useful without rewarding thin pages, cosmetic edits, or low-quality links.

01

Target Page

A new or substantially rebuilt commercial-intent practice-area, legal-service, case-type, verified office/location, or strategically justified geo-targeting page.

Blog posts, press releases, metadata-only edits, short glossary entries, and city-name-swapped duplicates do not count.

02

On-page optimization

A documented improvement to one existing URL. It may cover search intent, headings, copy structure, attorney evidence, primary sources, metadata, internal links, images, structured data, consultation paths, or outdated information.

03

Qualified editorial link

A live link from a real, relevant website selected for its audience, editorial standards, and topical or local relevance. An included link counts only after it is published and added to the client’s link register.

Publishers control timing, link attributes, and continued publication. Directory citations, syndicated release copies, sitewide footer links, private blog networks, and links bought to manipulate rankings do not count.

04

CMS and website management

Publishing included work and completing minor SEO-related fixes in a supported CMS. It covers only implementation expressly included in the plan or proposal; broader website work requires a separately defined scope.

Target Page quality gate

A page must have a distinct job before it is drafted.

  • Research and intent match
  • Original, useful copy
  • Truthful local relevance
  • Attorney and firm evidence
  • Internal links and technical readiness
  • Mobile, accessibility, and firm approval

If a new URL would create duplication, a doorway-page problem, or keyword cannibalization, LegalPro will recommend a substantial rebuild, consolidation, or different qualified page and obtain written approval for the substitution.

Reporting standard

Monthly reporting is included in every plan.

  • Completed deliverables and open items
  • Baseline and period-over-period comparison
  • Search and local visibility relevant to the plan
  • GBP, website, call, and form activity where available
  • Consultations and signed matters where systems allow
  • Live-link register and outreach activity for SEO plans

Reporting is matched to the plan and available data. LegalPro establishes the practical baseline during onboarding, records known tracking limitations, and distinguishes visibility, inquiry, consultation, and signed-matter metrics instead of presenting rankings alone as business performance.

Custom-quoted services

PPC can stand alone. Digital PR can extend an SEO plan.

Both services require a written quotation because campaign volume, markets, media targets, assets, research requirements, and tracking can change the workload substantially.

Paid search

Law Firm PPC Management

Custom quote

PPC Management is available as a standalone service; an SEO plan is not required.

The management fee depends on the number of campaigns, advertising platforms, case types, markets, office locations, landing pages, tracking requirements, account condition, and monthly media budget.

  • Account audit, campaign build, or restructure
  • Keywords, search terms, negatives, ads, bidding, and budget pacing
  • Call and form tracking, with signed-matter feedback where systems allow
  • Landing-page review and reporting tied to consultation quality

Ad spend is separate and should be paid directly by the law firm through an account it owns.

Earned authority

Digital PR & Earned Media

Custom quote

This custom-quoted monthly add-on complements an SEO plan when the firm wants more research, media outreach, and authority work than its plan includes.

  • Quoted number of campaigns, press-release packages, and outreach cycles
  • Quoted quantity of qualified editorial links to be delivered, with separate attributed-mention, expert-source, and resource-citation objectives
  • Agreed local, regional, legal, trade, community, or national publication and link categories
  • Research, data sources, on-site assets, distribution, media databases, outreach tools, pitching, follow-up, and reporting included in the quoted fee

The quoted link quantity is a delivery commitment, not only an outreach target. The quote does not promise a named publisher, a particular link attribute, permanent publication, rankings, or traffic. Release-syndication copies do not count as earned editorial links.

What to know

Clear scope, flexible monthly service.

Commercial terms

Services are month to month, with no long-term contract, no cancellation fee, and no separate setup fee. The written proposal and service agreement define the billing schedule, payment due dates, cancellation cut-off, active service period, treatment of any outstanding paid-period link deficit, and final handoff of completed work, reports, and approved assets.

Client ownership

The law firm owns its domain, website, Google Business Profile, analytics, advertising, and tracking accounts. Under the standard agreement, approved published content, research assets, designs, and campaign creative transfer to the firm upon payment. LegalPro works through role-based access whenever the platform supports it.

Client review

The law firm reviews legal accuracy, attorney statements, testimonials, case descriptions, advertising-rule issues, and final publication. LegalPro does not provide legal advice or ethics opinions.

Third-party outcomes

LegalPro commits to the included quantity of qualified editorial links, but does not promise a named publisher, link attribute, permanent publication, indexing, rankings, map placement, media coverage, AI citations, reviews, inquiries, consultations, signed matters, revenue, ROI, or ROAS.

Market conflicts

LegalPro does not accept a second firm targeting the same agreed practice or case-type focus in the same defined market while that protected scope is active. The written proposal records the boundary, duration, reasonable exceptions, and any pre-existing relationships.

Included campaign resources

Data sources, press-release distribution, media databases, and outreach tools required for included deliverables are included in the plan price.

Pricing FAQs

Questions law firms ask before choosing a plan.

Direct answers about monthly pricing, page quantities, link delivery, PR, reporting, ownership, market conflicts, and results.

Which plan should my law firm choose?

Start with the case types, markets, and office locations that matter most. GBP Management is for one eligible office and does not include website SEO. SEO Foundation suits a focused local campaign. SEO Standard adds more pages, authority work, research, and measurement. Market Authority adds a higher work cadence, reputation oversight, and approved community participation. Multi-location, national, highly competitive, or technically complex work requires an Enterprise quote.

Are the prices shown per month?

Yes. The four fixed plans are monthly, month-to-month services. There is no long-term contract, cancellation fee, or separate setup fee. The billing schedule and payment due dates are provided in the written proposal and service agreement. Enterprise, PPC, and Digital PR begin with a written quote.

Can I cancel at any time?

You may give notice at any time. Service is month to month and there is no cancellation fee. Notice received by the agreement’s monthly cut-off prevents renewal for the next service period; the agreement states the effective date for later notice. LegalPro completes the agreed closeout and handoff for the active paid period, including completed work, available reports, the link register, outstanding paid-period link obligations, and approved assets. Completed work and accrued media spend remain payable under the agreement.

What counts as a Target Page?

A Target Page is a new or substantially rebuilt commercial-intent practice-area, legal-service, case-type, verified office/location, or strategically justified geo-targeting page. Blog posts, press releases, minor edits, metadata changes, and mechanically duplicated location pages do not count toward the 3-, 5-, or 8-page quantity.

What counts as an on-page optimization?

It is a documented improvement to one existing URL. The work may cover search intent, headings, copy structure, attorney or firm evidence, primary sources, metadata, internal links, images, structured data, consultation paths, or outdated information.

Is website SEO included in the $500 GBP plan?

No. The $500 plan covers one eligible Google Business Profile and the listed citation work. Website audits, Target Pages, on-page optimization, technical SEO, editorial links, and CMS implementation begin with SEO Foundation.

What counts as a qualified editorial link?

A qualified editorial link is a live link from a real, relevant website selected for its audience, editorial standards, and topical or local relevance. It counts only after the referring page is live and added to the client’s link register. Directory citations, social-profile links, release-syndication copies, sitewide footer links, private blog networks, and links bought to manipulate rankings do not count. The proposal states which link attributes qualify toward the included quantity. Each attribute is recorded, but recording it does not by itself make a link qualified. The publisher still controls timing, the attribute used, and continued publication.

What happens if the full link quantity is not live by the monthly report date?

LegalPro reports the deficit and continues the work until the outstanding qualified link is delivered. The deficit carries forward and does not replace the next month’s included quantity. A low-quality or manipulative link is not used simply to close the count. If service ends, a recorded deficit from a fully paid service period remains in the closeout register and is handled during the agreement’s stated closeout window; cancellation does not erase it. The proposal states the remedy if a qualifying link cannot be completed. The included quantity does not promise a named publication, a particular link attribute, permanent publication, rankings, or traffic.

Can I purchase additional digital PR or link outreach?

Yes. The Digital PR & Earned Media subscription is quoted separately according to the campaigns, releases, outreach cycles, quantity of qualified editorial links to be delivered, publication and link categories, separate mention objectives, research, data, supporting assets, distribution, and outreach tools included in the fee. Release-syndication copies do not count as earned editorial links.

What does the monthly report include?

Every plan includes reporting appropriate to its scope. GBP Management reports completed profile, citation, review, and available activity data. SEO plans add the baseline, completed deliverables, non-brand organic clicks, priority-query and Maps or local-grid visibility, GBP and website activity, calls and forms, consultations and signed matters where systems and data quality allow, plus the live-link register and outreach status. Known tracking limitations are documented rather than presented as zero performance.

Is advertising spend included in PPC management?

No. The law firm pays advertising spend directly through an account it owns. The custom proposal defines LegalPro’s management fee, tracking responsibilities, landing-page work, creative production, CRM work, and the tools included in the management scope.

Can one fixed plan cover several office locations?

The fixed plans assume one eligible, verified Google Business Profile. Firms with multiple offices should request an Enterprise quote so each location’s eligibility, pages, citations, reviews, tracking, and local competition can be scoped correctly.

Does my firm approve content before it is published?

Yes. The approval workflow is set during onboarding. The firm remains responsible for legal accuracy, attorney statements, testimonials, case descriptions, and compliance with applicable professional-advertising rules.

What does a dedicated Enterprise team mean?

LegalPro assigns coordinated specialists for the workstreams in the approved proposal: SEO, legal content, digital PR, web implementation, UI/UX design, graphic design, and campaign leadership. The proposal identifies the active roles, included deliverables, expected cadence or allocation, turnaround, meetings, and approval process. Dedicated does not mean every specialist is full-time or exclusive unless the quote expressly includes that staffing model.

Do I own the content and accounts?

The law firm owns its website, domain, Google Business Profile, analytics, advertising, and tracking accounts. Under the standard agreement, approved published content, research assets, designs, and campaign creative transfer to the firm upon payment. LegalPro receives role-based access and does not require password sharing when a platform supports user roles.

Will LegalPro work with a direct competitor in my market?

Not for the same protected scope. LegalPro does not accept a second firm targeting the same agreed practice or case-type focus in the same defined market while that scope is active. The proposal records the protected case types, geography, duration, reasonable exceptions, and any pre-existing relationships so the boundary is clear.

How quickly will SEO produce results?

There is no universal timeline. Starting visibility, website condition, case type, market competition, location count, approval speed, content quality, authority, and intake all matter. Technical or visibility changes may appear before meaningful inquiry or signed-matter impact, and LegalPro does not guarantee a date or outcome.
