How LegalPro handles information you submit

1. Scope

This policy covers the LegalPro website and inquiry forms.

LegalPro provides SEO, Local SEO, AEO, GEO, AI search visibility, focused PPC support, and website development for law firms and legal businesses in the United States. This privacy policy applies to information collected through this website, including contact requests and free review forms.

This policy does not cover third-party websites, platforms, analytics tools, advertising networks, call tracking systems, CRMs, hosting providers, or email systems that may have their own privacy practices.

2. Information collected

We collect the information needed to understand and respond to a law firm inquiry.

Depending on how you use the website, LegalPro may collect:

• Contact information, such as your name, email address, mobile number, and communication preferences.
• Business information, such as law firm name, website URL, practice-area focus, priority case types, service area, city, county, and target markets.
• Inquiry details, such as the services you want reviewed, website concerns, search visibility concerns, PPC or landing-page concerns, tracking questions, and messages you choose to submit.
• Website usage information, such as browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location from technical data, and standard server-log data.
• Communication records, such as form submissions, email replies, call notes, scheduling details, and support or service-related messages.

LegalPro does not intentionally request Social Security numbers, payment-card details, medical records, court filings, private client files, or confidential case evidence through the website.

3. How information is used

We use information to respond, prepare the review, and support requested services.

LegalPro may use collected information to:

• Prepare a free review of your law firm website, local visibility, SEO opportunities, AEO and GEO readiness, AI search visibility, PPC fit, website UX, forms, calls, tracking, and intake path.
• Understand which case types, legal services, cities, counties, and markets should be reviewed first.
• Provide, maintain, improve, and measure LegalPro services and website performance.
• Protect the website, prevent spam or abuse, troubleshoot technical issues, and keep records needed for business, security, or legal reasons.
• Send relevant service communications where permitted. You can ask us to stop non-essential communications.

4. How information is shared

LegalPro does not sell personal information.

LegalPro may share information when it is reasonably needed to operate the website, respond to requests, or provide services. This may include sharing information with:

• Website hosting, form, email, scheduling, CRM, reporting, analytics, call tracking, spam protection, and security providers.
• Team members and contractors who help review websites, prepare SEO or Local SEO recommendations, review AI search opportunities, support focused PPC work, improve website UX, or provide development support.
• Professional advisors, legal or compliance reviewers, auditors, insurers, or business operations providers.
• Government authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, security, or property.
• A successor organization if LegalPro is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or transfer of business assets.

LegalPro does not sell form submissions or law firm inquiry details to third-party lead buyers. When applicable privacy laws require a sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising notice or choice, LegalPro will provide the required option.

Website form submissions are processed through Cloudflare and delivered to LegalPro's designated Gmail inbox. Incoming messages sent to the LegalPro contact address are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to that same inbox.

5. Cookies and tracking

The website may use standard technical, analytics, and conversion tools.

LegalPro may use cookies, pixels, scripts, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies to operate the website, understand performance, protect forms from spam, measure inquiries, improve user experience, and understand which pages or campaigns lead to consultation requests.

LegalPro uses Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate page use, clicks, scrolling, and navigation through behavioral analytics such as heatmaps and session replays. Clarity is configured to deny analytics and advertising storage by default, so the current implementation does not ask Clarity to set tracking cookies or share data with Microsoft Ads. With storage denied, Microsoft may still receive limited cookieless interaction and device data. Form regions are masked, and LegalPro does not send names, email addresses, or custom user identifiers through Clarity's Identify API.

Microsoft processes Clarity data under its own terms and privacy practices. For more information, review the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

LegalPro uses Google Analytics 4 measurement ID G-M7RS3FTM7T for aggregate website measurement such as page views, navigation, device characteristics, and referral sources. Consent Mode v2 storage and advertising permissions are denied by default. Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled, advertising data is redacted, and the Analytics script does not run on local or Cloudflare preview hostnames. With storage denied, Google may still receive limited cookieless measurement pings.

These tools may be provided by third parties, including hosting, analytics, call tracking, form, security, CRM, or PPC conversion platforms. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies. Some website features may not work as intended if necessary technologies are disabled.

6. Retention

We keep information only as long as it is useful for legitimate business, security, or legal reasons.

LegalPro may retain inquiry and communication information long enough to respond to requests, prepare the review, manage follow-up, provide services, keep business records, improve quality, resolve disputes, protect the website, and comply with legal obligations.

No website, email, form, server, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please avoid submitting sensitive client or case information through website forms.

Website forms do not create legal, marketing, or consulting obligations until accepted in writing.

Submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship, confidential legal relationship, agency relationship, or paid services agreement with LegalPro. The forms are intended for business contact, website review, and marketing-service inquiries.

Law firms should submit business-level information, such as website URLs, priority services, case-type targets, markets, and marketing concerns. Do not submit privileged communications, private client information, sensitive case facts, protected health information, payment details, or documents that should only be sent through an approved secure channel.
